Transcript/ graduation Verification Request Process

Stillman Valley High School uses Parchment to enable students and graduates to order
transcripts electronically. In one place, Parchment allows you to request transcripts,
store them securely and send official transcripts to any college, employer, or destination
worldwide.


Official Transcripts

Applications to colleges, trade/technical schools, and scholarships usually require official
transcripts sent directly from SVHS to the receiving institution. To make the process of
requesting a transcript as easy as possible, SVHS has partnered with Parchment to
provide secure online transcript ordering. Parchment allows transcripts to be tracked
electronically and is a free service for current students. Former students will be charged
a small fee ($4.40) via the site.

If you are unable to use Parchment, print and return the Transcript Request Form to:

There will be a $5.00 fee to print and mail your transcript. Transcript requests are
usually processed within 3-5 business days.
